Housing

The apartment is composed of a large living room, a beautiful dining room, a recent and modern kitchen, a lovely bathroom (with bathtub) also quite recent and separate toilets. You will also appreciate a very cozy bar-cocktail area.

On the mezzanine, you have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate or joinable beds, a sleeping corner with 2 large bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are large drawers and storage cabinets everywhere.

Outside, you will enjoy a large 7 m2 balcony offering a MAGNIFICENT panoramic view over the entire Mont Blanc mountains and the Aiguilles de Chamonix.

To have an excellent stay, you will have at your disposal: Dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, oven/microwave (CRISP function), iron and ironing board, tflat screen TV, BOSE speaker, WIFI, fondue and raclette equipements…

For your car you will have a private and closed garage in the basement in which you can also leave your skis and bicycles.

The location

The location in Chamonix is ideal, bordering the Champs du Savoy. In winter, you are truly on skis, at the start of the ski lift to Brévent and in the immediate vicinity of the ski schools. If conditions permit, you can ski down to the foot of the building; In summer, you are at the start of all hikes and next to the paragliding landing area.

Crossing the Champs du Savoy, just 300 meters away, you reach the pedestrian center of Chamonix. Leave your car in the garage and explore Chamonix on foot or by bike.

You can also discover the surroundings: the Aiguille du Midi cable car and the Montenvers train station are located 10-15 minutes away on foot.

You can enjoy various activities such as skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, paragliding, snowshoeing, hiking…

You can attack the ice falls and via ferrata, discover the Mer de Glace or learn to climb. If you are tempted by paragliding, the landing is just below the apartment.
